I came in with a pinchy shoulder and had such a great experience. Sobhan was very knowledgeable and professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly, including exercises I could do at home. I also had a chiropractic session with Nima, and he was great and very knowledgeable as well. I’m feeling so much better now! The clinic is clean, the whole team is friendly and understanding, and I felt really well taken care of. Highly recommend!

New Life Physio & Health Clinic is a clean, modern clinic with a team of kind and knowledgeable professionals. They offer post-injury physiotherapy and create personalized treatment plans tailored to client's needs. The clinic itself is bright, comfortable, and far more welcoming than the dim, crowded spaces you often find elsewhere. Appointments ran on time and reception was efficient. Overall, a clinic that values its clients.

I started seeing Behzad about a month ago for chronic upper‑shoulder and arm pain that I’ve dealt with for over 10 years. After trying multiple clinics with no real answers, Behzad was the first to thoroughly assess the issue and create a treatment plan that actually worked. He’s patient, knowledgeable, professional, and attentive, and his dry needling treatments have already made a noticeable difference — my symptoms improved significantly within just four sessions. The entire clinic reflects the same level of care: it’s clean, welcoming, and well‑organized, with staff who genuinely support your needs and work around your schedule. Their direct billing to insurance makes everything even easier. They also offer a great app that lets you follow your home exercises step‑by‑step, which makes staying on track incredibly convenient. Highly recommend for anyone seeking quality physiotherapy and real results. Special thanks to Behzad, Cathlyn and Estelle!

Longevity Training: What Should You Actually Train for a Longer, Healthier Life?

Forget chasing the perfect workout. If your goal is to stay strong, mobile and independent as you get older, what you train may matter more than how impressive your workout looks. We often think of exercise in terms of weight loss, building muscle or improving athletic performance. But there is another goal that deserves more attention: healthspan—the number of years you can live while staying strong, active and independent. So, what should we actually train for healthy aging? 🏋️ 1. Keep Your Muscles Strong As we get older, we naturally lose some muscle mass and strength. This process can become more significant and is sometimes referred to as sarcopenia—the age-related loss of muscle strength, muscle mass and physical function. In simple terms, sarcopenia means becoming gradually weaker and less physically capable as we age. It can eventually make everyday activities such as climbing stairs, getting out of a chair, carrying

How Many Daily Steps Do You Really Need for Better Health?

For years, we’ve heard that 10,000 steps a day is the golden standard for health and fitness. It’s become so common that most fitness trackers even default to it. But where did that number come from—and is it really the magic goal? A new study published in The Lancet Public Health says: Not necessarily. In fact, you can start seeing serious health benefits with as few as 4000 steps per day. That’s just a 30–45 minute walk for most people. 🧠 What the Science Says Researchers analyzed data from 24 studies involving people of different ages, health backgrounds, and step-counting devices. They looked at how daily steps relate to a wide range of health outcomes, including: The conclusion? More steps = better health. But even modest step counts made a big difference. Compared to people who took just 2000 steps a day (which is very sedentary), those who managed 4000
