Professional Qualifications

Motahareh (Moti) is a Physiotherapy Resident with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario who combines over a decade of clinical experience with a strong academic and research background. She has extensive experience assessing and treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, helping patients recover from injuries, reduce pain, restore movement, and safely return to their daily activities.

Moti believes in providing individualized, evidence-based care tailored to each patient’s unique goals and needs. Her clinical interests include sports injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, chronic musculoskeletal conditions, and exercise-based rehabilitation. She is passionate about combining the latest research with practical, hands-on treatment to achieve the best possible outcomes for her patients.

Alongside her clinical work, Moti recently completed her PhD in Rehabilitation Sciences at the University of Ottawa and is currently pursuing a postdoctoral fellowship, where her research focuses on advancing rehabilitation practices and improving patient outcomes. She is committed to lifelong learning and continually expanding her knowledge to provide the highest standard of care.

Moti is excited to join the New Life Physio & Health Clinic team and looks forward to helping patients regain confidence in their movement, recover from injury, and achieve their health and rehabilitation goals.
